A Fort Worth BBQ business was losing quality on the road. Food that came off the smoker perfectly was drying out or scorching by the time it reached customers at vending events, and the process lived in one pitmaster's head, so results changed from stop to stop.
Alpha Core mapped their cook-and-hold workflow and built a simple system to standardize it: target temperatures, cook and rest times, and holding conditions logged in one place, with AI-assisted tuning of wrap timing and holding temperature to protect moisture.
Outcome: An AI model trained on the operation's own cook, rest, and holding data now recommends precise wrap timing and holding temperatures for each product, codifying a single pitmaster's expertise into a documented, data-driven standard. The business sustains consistent moisture retention and product quality across every event, reduces spoilage and waste, and operates from a repeatable process that scales across new staff and locations.

Alpha Core revisited the concept, refined the implementation, and created a working demonstration with reusable code for Void Solutions. The assistant was designed to respond to callers, collect relevant information, support appointment requests, and create a clearer path for human follow-up.

Start with the $299 System Design Consultation. From there, project engagements start at $1,500 and scale with scope, and larger or custom builds are quoted individually after the consultation.
Are you local or remote?
Both. We are based in Fort Worth, Texas, and serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metro on-site. We also work with businesses outside the area remotely.
How long does a project take?
Most consultations are scheduled within a few days, and implementation timelines are set during the design step.
